Why we moved the Suits & Sandals site off Webflow and onto Payload CMS, installed inside our Next.js app, and split it into two layers: a Content Hub that holds the work and a website that presents it.
Useful if your case studies only exist on their pages. It shows how one record can feed the site, an on-site assistant, AI crawlers and agents over MCP, without copies drifting apart.
